2. Next, choose a convenient pick-up time for your order. To complete the order, you'll need to provide some personal information. Existing customers can log into their accounts, while new customers will need to attach proof of ID for verification purposes.

3. Please confirm that you would like curbside pickup, and we'll notify you via text message when your order is ready to be collected.

If you have received a damaged product, we will exchange it for the same product within seven days of purchase. If you have any issues with a defective product or its quality, please contact us at info@rootd510.com or visit the store where you purchased it, and our team will assist you.

For pick-up orders, we accept both cash and debit cards. For pick-up at the dispensary, we accept cash, debit, and credit cards. Please note that all transactions are rounded up to the nearest $5.00, and there is a $3.50 ATM fee for each debit and credit transaction. We do not offer cash refunds.
